A bit of a different article… we are all about lifestyle here on this blog. And a big part of our lifestyle is what we consume. Fact is, the most tasty things out there are generally the very bad ones. And most of the time, its not even the type of food, but the quantity that becomes an issue. We probably eat on average about 5 times as much as our body requires in one sitting (my own guesstimation)
Not only are the portion sizes big, but the food is heavily processed for convenience.
